These are some style frames for an infographic explaining the biological processes of Circadian rhythms. Circadian rhythms are physical, mental and behavioral changes that follow a roughly 24-hour cycle, responding primarily to the light–dark cycle in an organism’s environment.
The external stimulus used to entrain a rhythm is called the Zeitgeber, or “time giver” and is controlled by a part of the brain called the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN), a group of cells in the hypothalamus that respond to light and dark signals.
It is the master clock that governs our natural sleep cycle, feeding patterns of animals, timing of migration, hibernation, reproduction, among many others.”
